driving change in our community

We’re proud to be a key part of our community, La Moraleja. Our students form meaningful local connections and make a real difference by taking part in litter clean-ups, tree-planting projects, and Earth Day celebrations. Working alongside other children and families, our students see the importance of taking collective action to create a more sustainable world.

Students use their determination, empathy, and skills in support of local good causes, too. They collect essentials for families in need, support a local pet rescue shelter, and raise funds to buy sleeping bags for people without a home. In doing so, they see the positive impact they can have – and discover their role as changemakers in our society.

celebrating internationalism

Our diverse school community inspires our students to celebrate difference and embrace internationalism. Activities marking Mother Language Day, International Children’s Day, International Religions Day, Hannukah, Diwali, and Chinese New Year, for example, give our students an appreciation of different traditions and customs, as well as instilling a global mindset. And at our annual International Bazaar, students, families, graduates, and staff come together to enjoy a day of culture and gastronomy, as well as to raise money for our charity partners.

our collaboration with unicef

Through our exclusive collaboration with UNICEF, your child will learn about the challenges facing our planet – and take action to address them. Our students investigate the UN Global Goals and the Rights of the Child agendas on our Global Campus platform. They also develop inspiring solutions to some of the world’s biggest problems by taking part in the UNICEF Global Challenge. Joining our Model United Nations encourages them to think and act like world-changers, too.

Our expedition to the Nord Anglia centre in Arusha, Tanzania, is the adventure of a lifetime. Our students work with peers from across the world on vital community projects, learn about the environment, and understand the importance of sustainable development. A truly life-changing experience, our trip to Tanzania builds our students’ confidence, independence, and sense of social responsibility.
