The show celebrated individuality and diversity with an eclectic cast of zoo animals with unusual habits- chimps with a penchant for oo-oo-oovering the jungle, a fish that can't swim and a vegetarian alligator amongst others. These were some outstanding performances from the children, who sustained their enthusiasm throughout rehearsals.
A special thanks to the Year 2 parents for organising the costumes and back drop and also for helping children learn lines; to Mr Kalai for assisting with lights and the theatre; to Miss Merican for volunteering her time to help on the door and of course to all of the Year 2 staff for supporting the children, notably Miss Young for leading the way brilliantly as our Director.
