For the past two weeks, the Reception children had a great time learning about different people who help us. We learnt about firefighters, doctors, and vets through a range of activities.
The children got to dress up as doctors and firefighters in our role play areas, we sang songs to learn new vocabulary and engaged in lots of reading and writing activities linked to different jobs.
This week we also had a special visit from Dr Soon from Beijing United Family Hospital. He talked to the children about how doctors help us and showed us what doctors do when children are sick.
Some children even got to get a pretend check-up and they were so brave! At the end of the session, the Reception children got to practice asking question with the questions words we have been learning in class. We had some brilliant questions from the children.

Our Year 1 and 2 students shone bright at this year’s KS1 Sports Day, showing off their team spirit, determination, and impressive sporting skills! From running and jumping to throwing and space hopping – they did it all with enthusiasm and heart.
Our young adventurers in Year 3 took on two days full of fun, laughter, learning, and a touch of bravery on their Residential Trip this week. They returned with stories, smiles, and some seriously impressive new skills.
