This week, Year 3 students showcased their writing skills by completing their Hot Write task, where they presented a balanced argument on a topic of their choice. Using the Talk for Write approach, the children worked diligently to organise their thoughts, present both sides of their chosen argument, and craft their informed opinion.
From debating whether animals should be kept in zoos to discussing the pros and cons of technology, each child brought their unique perspective to the task. The Talk for Write method helped them to plan and rehearse their ideas through discussion, enabling them to write with clarity and confidence.
Well done, Year 3! Keep up the great work!

Earlier this year, we had the pleasure of participating in the Nord Anglia Snowsport Expedition in the breathtaking region of Villars-sur-Ollon, in the Swiss Alps. This was the very first year our school organised an expedition like this, so it was definitely a one-of-a-kind experience.
Our Year 2 school trip to the Children's Railway this week was a great experience. We started our journey at Hűvösvölgy and made our way up to Széchenyi-hegy.
