As they have been learning about different types of cells, Year 7 were tasked with making a 3-D model of any cell of their choosing using any media they wished. We had paper models, LEGO models, and even edible models!
Each had to describe what made up the cell, and bonus marks were awarded if an explanation of how it was specialised was included. There were more bonus points if the edible ones tasted good – they all did – but they have increased the number of adipose cells I contain!

Please read the latest Nord Anglia INSIGHTS article on the topic of safeguarding in schools and the future of child protection.
Earlier this year, we had the pleasure of participating in the Nord Anglia Snowsport Expedition in the breathtaking region of Villars-sur-Ollon, in the Swiss Alps. This was the very first year our school organised an expedition like this, so it was definitely a one-of-a-kind experience.
