Let's Celebrate! - Year 2 Party

The party was our ‘Entry Point’ within the IPC topic, ‘Let’s Celebrate.’ The children had discussed what makes a good party in a previous lesson and then they wrote about what they would like included in our special Year 2 party. Some of the ideas were- Party clothes, party food, dancing, music, decorations and games.

The children made colourful party decorations and brought in their best party clothes. Parents kindly donated food, some even beautifully homemade! Everyone had a fantastic time
