Admissions are now open for 2025/2026
We will be introducing ECAs for parents who would like to learn either English or Arabic, which will commence next term. It will be a great opportunity for you to learn a new language while your children are busy in their ECA.
The English ECA will take place on Wednesday from 3 – 4 pm and will be run by Mr. Greed. The focus of the ECA will be to help you understand day to day things happening at school such as communicating with the teacher, weblog content and helping children with homework. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to improve your spoken English as well.
The Arabic ECA will operate on Monday 3 – 4 pm and will be taught by Mrs. Qadoumi. This ECA will help you learn the basics, both spoken and written. You will also develop an appreciation of culture and the Arabic way of life.
To sign up for either ECA please contact Mrs. Croome. [email protected]
Spaces are limited.
The British International School Abu Dhabi (BIS Abu Dhabi) was deeply honoured to welcome Her Highness Sheikha Shamma Bint Sultan Bin Khalifa Al Nahyan to its campus on Thursday, 17 April 2025. At The British International School Abu Dhabi, we believe that education is not just about academic success—it’s about nurturing compassionate, responsible young people who understand the importance of giving back. This Ramadan, I have been truly moved by the way our students have embraced the spirit of the holy month, demonstrating kindness, generosity, and a genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.
Inspired by the latest Nord Anglia INSIGHTS article exploring why the Early Years are the most important years of a child’s education, we know that a child’s most significant learning happens during this time - in ways that are not always immediately visible.
